Christmas Continues...

The official Christmas weekend brought more visitors and gifts for Amelia. I'd like to think it was Mark and I people came to see...but really lets just be honest here, once you have a baby, its all about the baby right??!!
And thats okay with me. I guess you know you are a parent when you are more excited to see your child open their gifts than to open your own.

Jackson and Jen came over for a visit on Friday so he and Amelia could exchange gifts. They had a great time. Amelia shared some of her new toys with Jackson and even gave him a kiss goodbye!

Story time!

 Nanna Fran and Mike came up for the weekend. Amelia had lots of fun playing with Mikes mustache. She doesnt get to see too many of these. I think she thought he was a big teddy bear.

 We broke some house rules this weekend and let Amelia stay up a little late and watch tv! After all isnt this what all kids get to do on Christmas eve??



Watching Santa Paws

 By mid-day on Christmas, Amelia was pretty much a pro at opening gifts, she even tried to open some that weren't hers, sorry Michael and Jen.  She certainly made out this year. Her toys are beginning to take over the house.


She had lots of fun exploring her new kitchen and repeatedly tried to cook her phone in the microwave

 In addition to all her new toys she got lots of beautiful hand sewn clothes from Nanna Fran. She certainly is a lucky girl. She even has matching hats with some of her outfits.
