Burning Up The Rug

Amelia has really been working on her crawling skills. She has developed her own personal style and is getting quite efficient. She drags her right leg behind her and tries to walk on her left foot. She reminds me of Igor from Frankenstein. I can just picture her saying "yes master, yes master." Its hilarious.

The only problem is that she develpoed some rug burn from dragging her leg around like this. We found some knee pad/socks in the home safety area of babies r us, no kidding! They really will sell anything for worried parents. Of course we bought them....

We were able to get outside quite a bit this weekend, seems spring is finally here. Amelia kept flopping on her back and stretching her arms out as if she were sunbathing. We were able to get a quick picture of her in her hat. Seems babies dont like hats much, no sooner did we have it on than she was tearing it off.



Hows a girl supposed to get any sun with this hat on????
